Tony Martinez is a New York Attorney and International Trade Consultant focusing on U.S. Latin America and Caribbean.  He is also a United States Cuba relations expert serving as a senior foreign policy adviser to Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico. 

He advises and represents food and medical product companies on legal exports to Cuba under the Trade Sanctions Reform Act of 2000.  His political resume includes service as an Attorney/Advisor/Fundraiser for the Obama National Leadership Council, Obama Florida 2008 and Joe Garcia for Congress.  He was a Democratic Precinct Captain in Miami Dade County and FL Election Protection in the 2008 Presidential elections.  He was a Host Committee Member for Latino Inaugural Gala for President Obama & Vice President Biden www.latinogala.com in January 2009
